I would like to see a comparison between a lightweight non aero climbing bike with clipon aero bars vs. a high end aero bike, like a Aeroad CFR or Pinarello Dogma F riding on the hoods.

Hi des, can you please review galaxy watch 4 heart rate accuracy as I am using polar chest strap and getting similar results. I think new firmware in gw4 has made the heart rate sensor so good

Great interview. 4:25 is the best advice. And very few listen.

I would think cold plunging from a recovery standpoint is much better than 0.5%. Studies seem to confirm this.
