-stop looking for those who are not looking for you (jo tumhe bhav nahi dera, usey bhi matt do) (soot samet vapas karna logo ke taano ko apni kamyabi se) -stop begging (and take responsibility) -stop saying more than is necessary (you will be judged on the basis of what you say, even if you say it as a joke, they will think it as reality) -when people disrespect you, confront them immediately (conditional hai... vaise to try to avoid such assholes,, but if necessary, tell them on their face) -don't eat others food more than they eat yours -reduce visiting people (if you feel ignored, even if they don't tell it on your face) -if not invited, do not go -invest in yourself (looks matter, smartness matters, be the best in your trade, read amap) -stop entertaining gossip of others too much -think before you talk (don't open in front of anyone) -be an achiever (kaam se pyaar karo apne) -respect time (don't scroll incessantly) -walk away from toxic relationships -be scarce sometime -learn to spend money on yourself -two call attempts are more than enough -treat people exactly what they deserve downs aana boht zaroori hai, otherwise you won't get to great heights

I am dealing with toxic environment in my own home. Sometimes we are so helpless that we can't do anything. Post covid my life has changed drastically. Wasted so much time.

I had and am still currently dealing with such a scenario infact I feel my situation might be worse. However what I understood is that there are somethings in that environment which I cannot change and some which I can. I am focussed on those things which I can change and not bothered about those factors which I cannot. Things are moving very slowly but moving none the same. To add to my woes I had to transition from business background to job due to business closure post covid. Now another problem I face is jobs are few and what I am getting is below my dignity. At 40 I am struggling to get a job to meet my needs - for someone who is qualified and has a good track record, this is a tough situation to deal with mentally. I am currently waging a war on all fronts - professionally and personally but I can't give up - I have no choice.
