I'm glad you mentioned the Arkham series as I've just bought all 3 for an absolute 'snip' and am currently replaying. The second one (Arkham Knight) is a brilliant feat of programming, not only for when it was made but even now. Out of the latest games Ghost of Tsushima is another masterpiece.

This series of videos are my favorite among video game videos, I think you would do well if your channel was all about making videos like these with different games in each video or if they are the same games the commentary and videos are different. We all like to hear reasons to replay games that we already own, I think that would be a popular channel and your channel name doesn't need to change.
I don't know if I made it obvious, but you could talk about the legend of zelda series, pilot wings 64 or even snes, you can talk about every console generation, you can talk about Star Control 2, you can talk about games on DosBox, games on the commodore 64. You can talk about Contra Hard Corpse! (which i invite you to play, that game is awesome and difficult). I can help you make videos if you want.
