I’m so glad you mentioned cleaning make-up brushes! I have friends who never do this, and it’s disgusting! I have lots of brushes, so I tend to use them only once or twice before they go into the cleaning jar, to wait to be cleaned.
If I'm honest, even with having parents they sometimes are just as clueless too. My mom had been experimenting for a long time now and had only just recently found stuff that works for her and she just turned 41. I'm almost 24 and still lots of trial and error. Hi Dr. Nina I have different parts of my body that are different shades of brown what does this mean and what is going on my legs are caramel my thighs are a shade. Lighter my chest and face is the lightest part and inside my arms are same color and outside my arms are dark skin and my butt and Stomach is dark skin I only become even skin toned in the summer why does this happen and what can I do to help this

Hello! I've been on a spree of watching your videos, and I was wondering if you have any tips for getting rid of hair in the face/neck region? I'm as pale as a ghost, but I have dark brown, nearly black hair, and my mustache is extremely visible- Along with really long neck/chin hairs and my eyebrows looking wild all the time. At the moment I get my entire face threaded, but I wanted to know if you have any other suggestions?
I loved this video. How do I get rid of those little almost non visible pumps under my bottom lip? They are very noticeable when I pull my bottom lip over my teeth. I know, how often does one do that. I’ve had facials, but they haven’t helped either. I have an oily t-zone. Thank you in advance.

Oil of oregano liquid drops....it is strong though so I would dilute with olive oil....place a Qtip in it and place that on a mole maybe 2x a day depending on its size

I would support you in saying that you should try different things that may have worked before. It may also be good to pinpoint your original skin type to start from square one. I’ll be doing my research too.
You also might want to try a plant based diet, minus sugar and wheat. Also try drinking hot water and lime juice as the first thing in the morning. You might also benefit from incorporating seamoss in your diet. What you intake into your body is about 90 percent of the battle. You can do it!
I have PCOS, too. The best thing I did was to use nothing. I just use water to clean my face. I also reduced wheat and dairy. No more acne. PM me if you want.
If we're being honest, Vanity Planet is pure trash. I requested a refund after 2 weeks because it started to weaken and lose it efficacy. Next thing you know, they're saying "we'll give a refund and you can keep the product." They know they're selling a product that is cheap quality and ineffective.

I have the body and face mechanical brushes for 2 years and have never taken them out of the boxes. I have the face steamer. Never used it. I have got to watch this video every day until I get my routine down to a habit like breathing. Got to go back and watch some of your old videos. My body and skin is beyond discussing. Which has kept me from dating for the last 10 years. I really took excellent care of myself before and during my marriage. But after my divorce I started having health problems. On top of that the Empty nest syndrome took me by surprise and knocked me into a dark place. I woke up one morning and didn’t know who I was or how I got this bad off.
