Do one a month..every other month for a half year….or up to one yr…..very good at smoothing acne scars after accutane treatment…but wait at least 6 months to a yr after your accutane treatment to fully recover and have your skin strong enough to for the new invasive procedure…use 15 to 20 % TCA acid …beautiful results….don’t be impatient…wait a proper amount of time …or serious damage can occur to your skin….

Her complexion was already flawless to begin with. Nothing would work on severe acne scarring it’s permanent unfortunately but doctors won’t say that coz they want money.
@asaeed86 thanks for your comment. She had melasma which developed after child birth. This really bothered her. It is evident in her before photos. For your second point, there are effective treatments for acne scarring. Nothing will completely get rid of scarring, but aggressive treatments are effective. I agree that there are many minimally invasive treatments that do nothing for acne scars, but some treatments do work.
I had 1 session of the co2 laser resurfacing and microneedling and two more sessions of microneedling. The cost was 3k but IDK what hurt more, the treatment or the cost.
I had the laser, did 3 sessions dod not see any results, itching was terrible and later I found out my doctor used "medium" level after I payed to get rid of deep scarring on my cheeks, so bigger price, was pissed and never finished it, took money back. Does it work for you?
@@Trissana281 Of course like many people I wanted to believe that my skin would be flawless after the treatment, but that isn't the case. I definitely have less scarring and some of my ice pick scarring is better, but not totally gone. I understand your frustration and generally sympathize with anyone who has to suffer from this situation. I wish it weren't so expensive. I believe there's other forms of treatment for deep scarring with something like an injection of acid in the affected areas that will fill them in. I hope you're able to get the treatment you need.
This is not recommended for skin of colour if anyone of skin of colour is watching this and want to try this. The molecule of this is very small which means it goes deep down the skin this may lead to burns and ultimately hyperpigmentation.
Absolutely not true. Chemical peels, in the right hands, may be used on any skin tone. The aggressiveness of the peel may vary, but I have done TCA peels on every type of skin.
Hi, can you please answer to this and help me? I have gotten triamcinolone acetonide with azaleic acid for my melasma. I am 24 and have a lot of spots. I am very sad and can't find anywhere if the cream I got does something for anyone with melasma. Does someone know this? I can't use Hydroquinone because I am between skiptype 1-3...
Бедная кожа. Чего люди только с ней ни делают. Хотя природа изначально заложила в нас процессы регенерации. Может её просто нужно любить? Физическая активность, хорошее питание и позитивные эмоции,уход.И блистайте. 😊
It depends on the type of peel. When most people get a "chemical peel " it is a very superficial treatment. The peel in the video is much more aggressive to penetrate much deeper in the skin. This results in better treatment for wrinkles and color changes, but a longer healing process.
@@diepenbrockfacialcosmetics8545 I need the same peel as the patient in the video… I recently had done a TCA peel at my dermatologists office and didn’t peel, maybe I don’t have much skin to shed since I’m using tret for the past year. Though my complexion is clearer and smoother.
@@mollynavarro4101 this peel was three passes with 30% TCA on the face and three passes with 20% around the eyes. These multiple passes are fairly aggressive. The patient was also put to sleep for the procedure.
@@espresso3005 define unhealthy. Thats literally one of the most healthy skin ive seen in a while. Having freckles doesnt mean its unhealthy, plz dont be this dumb. Search it up, what unhealthy even means
Nice Video, but I cant forget the day I saw doctor iyhere on RU-vid, I used his herbal medication and it cured me completely and permanently, right now I have no spots, rashes or black patches on my face nor Skin.
Doctor Iyhere on RU-vid cured me from Melasma With his natural herbal medication, it took 3weeks before the Black patches and acne were completely gone, God bless Dr. Iyhere
At least during Covid we were able to cover it up with a mask. Now I gotta make sure I got 5 days free just to recover because I don’t like going out in public after getting one lol
ive done 50%peels, burned my skin, it then forms a thin layer of scap. peels out in 2 weeks. skin looks Great but it takes 2 weeks as the peel needs to come off by itself and NIT PULLED OFF!!!
Not everyone gets a skin darkening prior to shedding. Many just look tight and wrinkly. If you do your peel on a Tuesday or Wednesday night ... you will get the majority off over the weekend ... and when you go back to work on Monday - your skin is pretty much done except maybe a bit around the hairline! Totally worth it. Then ... do it AGAIN next month for a full series of 6-8 peels.

PIH is always a possibility. It is about a 50% chance in the Fitzpatrick 4-6 types. It is imperative for them to pretreat with a melanin inhibitor for 4+ weeks prior to stronger peels to help prevent/lessen the possibility. Even lighter skin types have a possibility, but it is far less. The lower %, more controlled, the peel is the less your chances are as well. Meaning .. more layers of a milder % of TCA (like 7 or 13) as opposed to higher strengths 20%, 30% , 35% and 50%. These carry a much much higher risk. @@alexshif977
What?! You must not know that prevention is the only way to keep your skin tight and wrinkle free. When you're at a stage where you need a facelift, not even that works.
It's not good for dark skin or tan skin tones indian skin tones tca is only for fair skin tones, tan skin tones get hyperpigmentation after this tca peel
Not entirely true. I have done these peels on dark skin tones routinely. The patients need to be pretreated for 10 to 12 weeks with hydroquinone and tretinoin. TCA peels are safer than laser for darker skin
Is really itchy skin day 6ish normal? I am struggling. Peeling is done other than random flaking, but now I’m dealing with dryness/tightness and A LOT of itching. Staying moisturized with post care moisturizer but had to add hyaluronic acid and petroleum jelly. It’s not helping much. My skin absorbs everything super fast despite re-application and drinking lots of water.
I saw here also at aliexpres pictures, with chinees whiting creams, they copy along of those people, so people believe that it's real but its not, just fake , watch out.
Malísimo para piel: 1 si sale piel nueva pero muy fina = más susceptible de manchas y más susceptible de arrugas , soy médica estética = no lo recomiendo
