This guy is a true motivator! I’ve watched motivational and self help video’s before and they seem to always want to sell you a dream. Patrick is a realest. Until and if he starts trying to shove merch down my throat I’ll stick to his video’s.
I believe the only way to increase the percieved value of any brand is to do competitive advantage advertising or provide a higher class lifestyle image related to the product which is related to your target market or brand image goal. Usually its always good to keep a very quality perceived image from the beginning as it is often hard to recover from low quality/cheap brand imaging ex. Kia etc...
Sir, its nice to hear from you everytime you speak, but there is something I really want to know, how cost price be fixed for services, and what type of expenses do we need to include in the Cost Prices, so that we can be competitive in market in respect of rates. It will be very grateful if you can do a video. It will help me out a lot.
Another great video Pat! What I really like about this one is that you give us complete formula with all the options. I can start analyzing people's motivations (as well as my own) based on all possibilities. I've heard many times that "different people have different motivation" but nobody really explained that as thoroughly as you did. I believe this video will have great impact on how I perceive people around me, especially certain individuals that I didn't understand before. Sincere thank you for that!
I've just spend an hour realising my Shoshin isn't what it used to be.. I was about to send valuetainment a message regarding my problem, now I see this video uploaded 5 minutes ago. Thanks Patrick & Valuetainment for the perfect timing!
I'm a wedding photographer with my own business. I read tons of books, been into a lot of leadership seminars, have a mentor I work with closely but finding this channel has been so valuable for me. I got into a phase where I want something more because after reading books and getting more knowledge from different sources, I found that everything was so repetitive. I'm talking that most books and leadership seminars talk about the same thing over and over and that is not bad but I was hitting a ceiling. A friend of mine share one of your videos a few months ago. I'm very selective into what I listen to, meaning I don't subscribe and listen to every podcasts or YT channels. Like Pat said in one his videos, "everyone calls themselves an entrepreneur but only a few teach the how-to's" I have to say that I only listen to your youtube channel (part of the notifications squat) and I made it part of my mourning routine to listen to at least one of your videos. Your channel has made an impact in my life as a business man and father. I appreciate all you guys do and I know is a lot of work. Not sure if Mario is the social media or camera guy (since Pat mentions him often) but tell Mario and all the media team who works BTS, Thank you so Much! I know what is is that most of the time you don't get the credit for what you guys do. Thank you so Much Valuetainment!
Here on Brazil its almost always morning when you post a video, so i always put it in “watch later” to watch it at night! Gratefull for your content Pat!! Really learning from you
As a new RU-vidr I really appreciate your content, you are a big reason why I started my channel. I think I speak for everyone when I say keep on producing, much love.
I am motivated to give myself the life I want, and I am also motivated by the potential I have to educate people about autism through my youtube channel.
Thanks Pat, you're unleashing the beast in me. You motivate me all the time, I feel like you're the brother I've always wanted. I now know what drives me.
One of your best videos because it's so relatable. We've all met people that fit these categories. Sometimes you're sure you can motivate someone but are left disappointed afterwards when what you offered or said just didn't motivate them, you can be left thinking 'What's their problem' but in reality you just need to start speaking their language, understand them better and adapt what you give them. By nature, we're going to try and motivate people by what would motivate us but we need to remember everyone's got different driving forces.
Can I ask you a question, Why do you do this.... Why make these videos. You certainly don't do it for money, you don't have any kind of online course to promote. Then why do you make these great videos.... Not saying you shouldn't, obviously you should.... What makes you make these videos
He wants the world to be at 0% unemployment. He stated this clearly in his "coming back" video. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-mH7QsAszBpY.html It's around the 8:20 mark.
I love this. So specific and deep! Thanks, Pat, as always. Hardest worker and best mentor I know. 🤠 ask people who know you well what typical drives you. And do the same for Team.
In my opinion, this is one of the best videos on the channel. Some serious food for thought tonight, Pat. Thanks for gathering all these in 20 minutes too, not an easy task!
Big bro I'm from india literally goosebumps madness excitement belief faith everything comes from this video I am searching these types of videos and this video comes and make old beleif more stronger 💪🏻 Bro really thank you 🙏🏻 You helped people by this video 👍🏻
The fact that Gary Vaynerchuk has more subscribers than you makes me question the IQ level of the average RU-vid user... You do a great job without all the unnecessary cocky daily look-how-great-my-life-is-even-though-I-am-a-depressed-greedy-spoiled-kid details and I want to thank you for your content.
Ken **correction - Not RU-vid* videos.. Only Valuetainment* videos. I generally tend to keep myself free approx 7pm IST cuz I know PBD uploads during this time approx.. for past 2 years.. so I guess I'm always on time here to feed my mind:)
I believe that your love of your family and to protect them and to guarantee that they would never have to go to the hardships you had to go through growing up. is what drives you.
Sir I am a undergrad final year student in computer science... I am finishing my final in May. And I have got Rs.30000 thousands last week from my scholarship..But really don't know how to invest it. I don't want to do a 9 to 5 job. Plz help.
You are simply ahamazing..I am now confident that I will become a billioniare..The first West Indian in this category. My schedule is driven , driven, driven to change. I wake up literally everyday by 5 to 6 am.. I am a ..sharp to e manager.. Very Inspired. Let's partner. Ready..steady ...go..
Hi. I´m beginning to translate your PDFs in German zu show it to Friends and Family. The book "The 25 Laws for Doing The Impossible" is it translated to German too? Or some other Stuff you wrote?
Dear Patric, Black board was so much better than this generic white board that is being used almost in every part of the world. That black board and colored markers were a great differentiation you had. And psychologically speaking, black do catches and hold attention. Would love to see you in front of the black board again. YOU ROCK!!
Every video you make is good. I always say I'm going to save and come back to it again but end up finding another great video. But I can't come back to all of them 😂
The bad things for your videos is that I listen them on the road and quickly forget them. I need to listen them with a notepad in fron of me and study them more carefully.
Hey pat you are the man, I watch all your videos and I know you said my idea sucks but I do have an idea and I don’t know how to get going let me know how I can help you, so we can have a better relationship so in the future I can get your thoughts on what I should do
I have been watching your video every morning for past 4 weeks. I have yet to watch your morning ritual for entrepreneur. Thank you for such a great content. I am trying to follow all the tips from you. Though it is taking time to get used to it.
Great videos. Thanks for the time and energy you put into these. Would love to see a video on how to read people by their eyes. I am a big believer as well that the eyes tell all about a person.
Very to the point on how to manage the 12... My walk involve blindness called Faith...no one knows all the players but everybody does their job to perfection... The purse(RFB); Nourishment; Engineer(CEO)...fine details for staff(sec'y)...vision is everything!
David, I was the kinda guy who was motivated by deadlines and I would get the work done before the deadline. But then the deadlines were sooner than ever for the same task, a week or 2 were removed for the project. Over a long period of time, I just couldn't handle it - I was no longer motivated by deadlines, they marked something next to impossible for me. I started missing them and eventually I just quit. I was offered to stay and do different things, but I couldn't. I'm not sure if I worded this very well, but what I'm trying to say, is that you can burn out your deadline people by setting the deadlines closer to them time after time. Just my $0.02. Love the content regardless, as always!
Thanks for sharing alot of information that most people wont, and i love your content. I am from Norway and there is not many people caring for this kind of content and thats the reason why its hard to get mentors that feeds you like this. Most people here care about education and get a job and thats that, very security motivated. Thanks again, and keep it up!
This is gold! A whole lot better than listening to some boring preachers on a Sunday service:) Glad I subscribed. You are transforming lives! "PAT THE TRANSFORMER"
I LOVE the beautiful painting, but in my opinion it lacks one VERY important piece ... A Woman. The men in that paintings life and success would not have happened. Women play very important roles too. But I'm sure you have reasons why you chose the painting to be that way. 👌
First off, Pat, are you ok? In the last few weeks you seem to be down a few cylinders. Just an observation. A past manager of mine from when I was working 110hours a week once said "remember you can't help out anyone if you don't take care of number 1 and you must be your own number 1." Now video analysis. Thank you so much for this video. I've been noticing lately that I'm not great at directly motivating people. I just never realised how much of my ability to bring out the best in people is immediately derived from my moral authority (I have a tendency of dominating every kitchen I enter.) However when I need to directly motivate a single person I'm really bad at it. In fact the few times I've succeeded I feel like I just happened to say the right thing at the right time. I have a few books on my queue right now, but definitely seeking more books on leading and motivating others. I love how you have it broken into the 4 categories. I feel like those are going to be key concepts in building the company culture which I'm only now starting to put serious thought into. Finally, in the next few weeks I'll be speaking to the culinary class at my old High School (Burnsville Senior High School) and for once I really don't want to talk much about food, I really want to jump right into life advice and planting a seed in as many of their minds as possible. I feel like this video will go a long way towards helping me with that goal. Just a thought, would you be interested in joining me? I owe a lot to ISD 191 and I'd really like to make an impact.
Great assessment of those things that motivate individuals PBD. I really love the "Value" that this platform gives....(Pun Intended lol). I do believe that any achiever needs to take time to find out which combination of these drivers motivate them and hone them. Thanx for a very powerful video.
Patrick one of the skills that I was blessed with and I've been very very excellent at since I was a little kid is the art of bartering so I started feeling like I was a master at it until someone who I learned the majority of everything that I know about from and has been a great mentor in my life said to me how many languages do you speak? I had never thought about it that way how much ground I'm not covering because I'm not bartering with people from other ethnicities and speaking their languages... EXCELLENT video Patrick!!! Thank you so much for this👍💯✊💯💪💯👌
I am driven by serving others and history, I want to work hard to help those in the lower class who can't help themselves. Building solar panels in African villages, creating schools in war-torn countries,...etc.
thank you, Patrick, for this great video could you please make a video showing the differences between the B2B marketing and B2C marketing and what steps should be followed in both !....
To add to this subject u might want to read a book called "dealing with people you can't stand" . It essentially breaks people down to 4 categories. 1: The perfectionist ,who needs to get it right. 2) the control freak who wants to get it done 3) the get along / people pleaser 4) The attention seeker ,looking for approval. All these 4 categories have their own categories within, like an onion.
