Here's a fun fact, I went to a Regina Pats game last season, Bedard scored 2 goals, then the puck got shot over the glass and hit me in the face, I still have the puck, it wasn't Bedard that shot the puck off the ice though. I think he got 4 points that game, in a 6-4 loss. I also got Covid from going to the game. But at least I have the puck.
I don't even watch hockey but always love hearing talent from different sports, especially hockey. At the moment I am reading the McDavid effect and constantly left inspired, I literally get excited reading it.
Discussion comment: I'm convinced Connor will become the best player of the league in terms of 2-way play and I see him getting consistent 95 point seasons and 45 hits a year when he buffs out. Do you guys see him more as a straight offence, McDavid 130-point shit player or more a 95 point/year amazing 2-way +21 average (when the Hawks finish building obv) ? I can back my opinions, but before I would just like to see what everyone thinks!
He doesn’t want to come back he’s made it abundantly clear. They could get hot dog Phil 🤷🏻♂️ or throw some money around and try to land a bigger name. I just know it won’t be Kane or Toews unfortunately
It makes me so sad when I just figured out I like hockey so much that there’s someone my age doing what I dream to do in the future. I’ll be there one day
Really you wasted time talking about Breckie Hill. That has significantly more to do with her than Bredard. You forgot to mention that out of her 1.5 million followers Connor Bredard is not one of them 😂💀go check
Can you imagine growing up and eventually having ur first faceoff in ur nhl career against ur hockey idol… crazy as fuckkk. Thats for me, like making it into the nhl, and my first save is against Datsyuk
At 8:30: I think Bedard would score about 50 - 60 goals this season and maybe have the most on his team. P. S. I think he’s gonna have goals first in the league.
instagram model, wtf is that? People really give money to that kind of person? I'm pretty sure Bedard is smart enough to avoid her and meet a real good person who really love him And I gonna unsub for that trash clickbait
@@glitchless8947 I mean it's not like it's some accomplishment that Chicago drafted him. They tanked, and in spite of a lottery system that's supposed to discourage tanking they got gifted with the pick. And right now Chicago is in second to last place. So here's something that should scare Chicago fans: only one point ahead of them is Edmonton, another team gifted with a generational player. So spare us all the act of auto-fellatio and actually do something impressive with your team and player before you act cocky.
@@LordBitememanprior to today in 18 games here's how Bedard stacked up against some other absolute busts 🙄🤦🏻♂️ in their first 18 NHL games: Bedard: 10G 7A 17P First 4 point game: game 12 Chicago: 6-12-0 (12 points) Ovechkin: 14G 5A 19P First 4 point game: game 26 Capitals: 7-11-0 (14 points) Crosby: 6G 14A 20P First 4 point game: game 50 Penguins: 5-8-5 (15 points) Matthews: 6G 7A 13P First 4 point game: game 1 Leafs: 8-7-3 (19 points) McDavid: 7G 12A 19P First 4 point game: game 19 Oilers: 7-11-0 (14 points) *McDavid was injured in his rookie season, those are his first 18 games and the team's record when he was in the lineup* Draisaitl: 2G 3A 5P First 4 point game: game 56 Oilers: 6-10-2 (14 points) All those players being 1st overall picks except Draisaitl who was a 3rd overall pick. So tell me again how Bedard is a bust when the only notable difference between him and the five guys I compared are that Draisaitl was terrible and not in the same league as everyone else, and that Matthews is the only player who was leading their team to a winning record. Ah one more why not, he wasn't a high draft pick but he's currently leading the NHL in points Kucherov: 5G 2A 8P First 4 point game: game 217 Lightning: 11-4-3
@@LordBitememan you didn't directly call him a bust but the original comment did. The original commenter called Bedard a bust, which drew a reply of "not even close" and the reply basically called the original commenter a clown with the emojis. You then replied to that reply saying that Chicago fans should be scared ... scared of what ... him being a bust as that is what the comment feed is about from the original comment. I'm saying Chicago fans have absolutely nothing to be scared about as not only is Bedard on par personally with where prior 1st overall franchise players were at the same point in their careers but the Hawks as a team are also on par with prior teams who had just drafted a 1st overall franchise player. So while you didn't directly call him a bust, when you read between the lines you strongly implied that he might be, and I was simply providing comparisons to prove to you that you're insane to think there are any concerns for Hawks fans
