One correction: some (not all) of the aesthetics constructions imcreases the beavers quality of life points thing (don't remember how it's called), so it's a good idea to put them near lodges, areas where beavers move through frrquently and just any 1x1 tile left in your base you can't find use for

→ 1:08 "It's also Aesthetic, doesn't do much except it looks nice" - The buildings with the green "Aesthetics" entry in their description (e.g. the bulletin board, and the lanterns) actually give well-being points to beavers (usually for being in the coverage area), the other ones (e.g. the bench or the hammok) don't. → 4:50 Running the motivatorium with the power wheel only has any use if you got many unemployed beavers (not sure whether the kits visit it) - otherwise nobody will visit it during the working hours, and outside of the working hours it has no power. Better get some water wheels or engine, or add some power storage (e.g. gravity battery) to it. (Same for all the fun activities - wind channel, mud bath, carroussel.)

Perfectly pronounced, wrong word. Brazier is pronounced more like razor. What you said was Brazier (yes, spelled the same way, because English is like that) which means Bra.

why are unknown features? They clearly announced with update 5
