Bangkok's international and main airport goes by a few names, such as, Suvarnabhumi Airport, ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ, Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport. It is Thai Airways home base but the airport gets a huge amount of foreign airlines visiting on a regular basis. With Thailand slowly opening back up for tourism, the airport is picking up in aircraft volume.
I stayed at the Miracle Airport Hotel and filmed this from their wonderful rooftop on a warm day. I was so impressed with the variety of aircraft and airlines. This angle in particular is wonderful as you have a great view of the final approach and touchdown as the plane passes, as well as the awesome angle of the departures. I filmed these clips at 400mm-500mm as the rooftop is quite a distance away from the runway threshold.
I also filmed the last hour of the video from the Siam Hotel rooftop which is a little closer to the middle of the runway and offers a brilliant video of 01L arrivals!
