@@April-xs9tk there’s a closet next to the sofa in the “living room” and a foldable shoe rack closet in the entryway. I would also venture to bet there is under bed storage in her bed frame
I don't know if you would describe this as minimalism but the amount of stuff in here gives great peaceful vibes. I love the separation of the office from the rest of the space!
I agree, but I wonder if she'd ever consider a Japanese futon (shikibuton) for her bed. The nice thing about a futon/tatami set is that it can be stored when not in use, opening the space up for alternate uses during the day
Love your apartment! It checks all the boxes. You have every room anyone could need - kitchen, living room, dining room, office, hall, bathroom, a view. It’s airy and very attractive. You did a great job! Simon is clearly the star of the show! I love his portrait and all his personal space. He looks so comfortable. 💕🐾🐾💕
@@michaelernest7224 I don’t get how you are this oblivious to your own very clear bias over even considering the possibility that she could be making her own money. In addition to that, it’s not like she’s living in a penthouse in NYC either. Yes living in the city is expensive regardless, but you are overestimating just how expensive her tiny studio apartment’s rent is
I love how you keep your place so organized and tidy. Like everyone says I love love the layout that intentionally separates the each area. Idk if it's the candle or the colors you decorate the place that gives tranquil vibes. Such a lovely studio apartment! Simon is so cute btw!!🐶🐕🧡💛💚🤎
Yes but where are all her clothes and utensili etc!!?? I'm living in a tiny HUD "unit" in CA (batbrm is just for tub & toilet w/ no room for a sink. It's so uncomfortable and I've got claustrophobia!
It’s really nice. I would have put some type of divider between the living room and bed. I’ve seen some real creative ideas in other studio apartments.
@barbiestone Since we feel like it… you got a problem with that? I mean you’re not even interested in her nicely done little apartment you’re choice of off topic comment was doggo vs. dog is just stupid.
Hard to believe this is only 200 sqft!! You did such a good job making separate "rooms" without overcrowding the space. That little nook in the bathroom hallway certainly helps as well. And I absolutely agree that that's a big bathroom for such a small space. I was not expecting that at all! Love it!
@@upshikagatlewar9807it’s probably closer to 300. my first apartment was 500 and it was way bigger. the camera anges are hiding how tight each quadrant of her apartment is
You are a very neat person, to me that is very important in a small area. You have done a wonderful job making such a small place so liveable and attractive.
Sure, it's a tiny space. But this lady has super-organized every square inch to maximize its potential. Excellent job! Not everyone has this talent. And one big bonus is that when she moves into a larger space she will be deeply thankful for every increase in square footage.
My favorite color is green too. You are so very efficient, esp. where you have the book shelf & area for your office. Truly love your dining area, it's perfect & cosy. I just subscribed. Good luck, God Bless you✝️🙏🏼🫶
That hallway office is clutch! She chose right-sized furnishings - light in structure, size and color. The blond floors reflect light well, she used light lamp shades for more light, and rugs to delineate spaces. Well done indeed!
It looks very cozy and I like how you created spaces for yourself. Also, lighting candles probably makes all the difference too in creating that relaxing space.
YOU did a great job with your space. I looks so much larger than 200 Sq ft. A complete kitchen, and large living area, plus a hallway office and private bath. Very nice. How much is the rent if you don't mind telling us.
Wow, that’s a great place. You are Amazing at taking such a small space and creating such a diverse living environment and of course Simon is everything😊💕💫
My sister had an apartment like that in college. We hung a bamboo window shade to create a visual separation between the bedroom and living area. The shade had about 2 ft of space on either side so there was space all around it. Created that sense of privacy without giving up the sense of space in the room.
This is so cute! And it works informally for you and cute Simon, which is all that matters for an extremely personal space! Plus, whenever you have an important meeting, you could always meet via Zoom (as long as good lighting can be arranged in the hallway so the bed doesn't show behind you) or go to a nice restaurant or cafe if meeting in person is absolutely necessary!
This is adorable. The kitchen and that hallway space just makes this such a nice space. I would definitely live there and be happy. Great job in decorating. It’s beautiful
I love it! I think it's very cute and cozy. Not a bad view either. You've done a great job utilizing all the space. A person would need to be organized and maybe slightly minimalist to live in that tiny of a space
YES!! Gees there is ENOUGH in the world to be miserable about. Why not applaud this nice person for her decorating and her love for beautiful Simon????
Sorry, I think your tape measure broke. Please re-check your measurements and make a more accurate calculation on square footage, thank you. Looks a lot closer to 300 ft.², or more, especially if you include the foyer and bathroom, thank you. You know that is included in the square footage of your floor plan, right? Kindly, Dennis
