Slugs are already on the market and the rifle is already preparing in serial www.militaryairgun.com/domu/246-atp-super-king-59gr-223.html

59gr for a .22.....that's real heavy. How faat are you slinging them in this video? The gun must have a HUGE plenum and/or the reg presdure is set to like 250 bar. ...iving you unteathered 3 shots or so 😂

266m/s and neither. The power is achieved, thanks to the unbeatable concept of the Altaros M24 rifle system. The output pressure is 190bar and the volume of the chamber with regulated pressure is small below 30 cc

@@AirgunRegulator 266(m/s) is somewhat low i'd argue. I get that a PCP becomes more efficient with decreasing velocity...but imho 300(m/s) is the optimal velocity. Lower velocities will increase the hang time which in turn increases ilexposure time to wind. Instinctively, i'd trade mass of the bullet for velocity keeping the energy constant. Have you tried that? Does a heavy slug really justify the tradeoff?

@@AirgunRegulatorby "unbeatable concept" i presume you mean yoyr inline valve? Is that the essence of the efficiency of your design?

@@aleksandrsnaumovs4277 I am able to get them at 300m/s, but it is a disadvantage, as at this speed the total wind deviation is bigger than at 280m/s, as you are already moving in the transonics area (over 0.8 mach).

@@aleksandrsnaumovs4277 It's not primarily about Inline Valve, but about the total concept and zero space between the valve and the projectile
