This fucking guy is awesome! I'm a diy'er, hobbyist and all around tinker of anything electrical and mechanical I can or have access to. This is the most concised overview of diagnosing a fuel issue from inception to each fuse and relay along the way to fuel pump with leg going to the cpu. It was excellent and explained in a way I could understand and clearly navigate through the process of diagnosing the fuel system
Replaced fuel pump ‘00 Dakota v6 magnum 2wd. Fuel gauge constantly reads empty and I still getting P0462 code. It doesn’t show up unless I sequence the key on off. On off. Or use the trip meter/key on until chec comes up it’ll go through the steps of calibrating the gauges. No clue as to why this is happening. Or what I should check or be looking for. I’ve looked everywhere but can’t find any solutions.
I have a 200 durango, this morning after seeing the check gages light turn off in the middle of road and never turn on again, starter is ok, battery is ok, but oil indicatod in dash panel is down, goes up sometimes but most of the time is down
I have a 2000 durango and the pump does not work. There is no power coming from the 10 amp fuse. This is fuse #9 inside at the door. Could this be an ignition switch? The fuse is good.
Nice video i got a 99 Durango it just cranks over for a long time then starts so i put a new fuel pump in it and the same thing just cranks then starts could it be a relay
My 2000 Dodge Durango V8 4.7 is doing the Same Thing...after a Fuel Pump and new Sparkplugs It Still does it.Someone suggested Coil Packs? If they were bad, when my mechanic changed plugs would he notice this? Do you change Both at the same time?Sometimes it turns right over but I have to gas it hard to get it to start. At times I get No Turn Over like dead battery. Also my ignition is squirly.PLEASE HELP..
