``Oyama Seisenten'' located in Jiyugaoka, Tokyo is one of the most popular grilled xiaolongbao specialty stores in Tokyo. This is a restaurant that serves local delicacies by being the first Japanese to be taught the secret recipe that is kept secret from the long-established and popular restaurant [Asami Senkan] in Shanghai, China. Our handmade grilled xiaolongbao is made with 100% domestic pork and Nisshin Seifun's highest quality flour. The skin is crispy and chewy, and inside is a rich and elegant soup packed with umami and juicy pork. The grilled xiao long bao, which sells as many as 2,000 pieces at peak times, can be eaten in-store as well as take-out. Inside the store, you can watch up close how the artisan staff wraps the xiao long bao and bakes it, so you can enjoy watching while eating.
