7:20 Season finale for Doctor Who. I believe this is right around when Sci-FI Channel lost the rights to Doctor Who (the next season in 2010 would air on the USA version of "BBC", I believe). This is another reason why I think Sci-FI channel ended around this time period (along with the end of "Stargate Atlantis" and "Battlestar Galactica"), along with the name change to "Syfy" in 2009.
Yes, Doctor Who moved to BBC America in 2009. I continued to watch SyFy for a bit longer as Battlestar Galactica ended in 2009 (its spinoffs continued into 2012, but didn't watch those), and Stargate Universe ran through 2011.
Ouch, the "Jared in Subway commercials" bit right off the bat. It's kinda scary, since the first reported allegations of Jared engaging inappropriately with minors were in 2007. I think his appearance in Subway commercials slowly decreased after 2008.
