My grandsons 2011 cvpi needs a fuel tank but I'm confused about the tank pressure sender, it seems to be installed in the tank ,not in the hose set up as shown every where, Its hard to see but I put a fuel pump in it a while ago and it definitely does not have that large connector you show, have you run into this Thanks
I've got a real gem here. The one I have the straps rotted and the tank fell off. The tank was crushed damaging the pump assembly and the large vent valve. Can anyone tell me where I can find a replacement valve for the 42E tank?
cap off all holes and use a blow gun thru the main vent line. Use some soapy water around the fuel pump and fittings and use 3-5 psi to check for leaks. Don't use too much air or you may end up getting the fuel / air valve stuck in the up position and then it won't take gas.
