greatest Supercross race of all time. LISTEN to the engines approaching and over the triples. the ONE historic moment between McGrath and Carmichael is THIS. and look at the speed. c'mon. this is THE best Supercross race ever. before RC was known as the workaholic. before he was known as controlling a championship. this is McGrath still as he was, and this is the scary Carmichael, the fast AF Carmichael, when it was only about destroying the greatest of all time. it's the Rocky III first fight against Clubber Lang.

Notice how clean the racing is (unlike today) .. eg at 04:56 when Jeremy block-passes RC: absolutely no contact, and look how much racing room he gives him but still takes him. Then after the race, the mutual respect. Great to watch

@@user-un5my5bw4j Absolutely not I happen to like McGrath. I've raced against him. I raced in the 80s and 90s. I still think McGrath's the best supercross racer, and it's a toss-up between Carmichael Stuart reading villopoto. I would have like to seen every one of them race each other when they were all on point.

MC is the best ever!!! He won 7 big bike championships and his training consisted of practice riding and partying on his speed boat every weekend at lake Havasu ....the most natural talent ever!!!!!!!!!

That’s how everyone’s training was at the time, and the second people actually started training he was on his way out. Ricky is probably the best ever though..
