That's awesome. Yeah back in the day these things were everywhere almost everyone you knew either had one of their parents had one or their friends had one.
I have owned seven 2004 Trackers - have only 4 now. I prefer the ZR2 as the off road suspension is really good & it is sporty looking. Absolutely LOVE ❤ my Trackers
@@MotorMikeMedia yes hard to find good ones. Last spring I found one in Shinnston WV so I flew out there & drove it home. 2004 Red ZR2 with 93,500 miles on it. Under carriage is in great condition considering that they like to rust & inside is beautifully in mint condition. It is like only person ever rode in it & they were very good to it. I was just going to have it shipped but gentleman selling it was 82 years old & ask if he could take a picture of me with the tracker because he had never had anyone from so far away buy from him. I couldn't let him down. He even picked me up from airport & was a jolly happy fellow with a small auto sales business (3 cars lol) It was a great experience 😊
No problem!!! There pretty good little SUVs. They're affordable They're pretty practical they are pretty good four-wheel drive system and there's a couple different configurations you can get it in. I like them a lot! Thanks for watching!
It is a very great car multiple body configurations four doors, two-door convertibles, automatic, stick shift,4 cylinder, 6 cylinder. It was also affordable and a decent off-road with a small aftermarket community making parts for these overall It was a pretty great little SUV!
I live in upstate NY..I'm trying to find a rear wheel hub but they just showing me the bearings .I love my 2004 tracker but been searching for this part for months..I need the whole hub
I will see if I can look anything up for you they could possibly help you out since these vehicles have been out of date for quite some time and with all the shortages over the last few years it It's hard to find parts for these older vehicles
The geo tracker is a Suzuki (only for few years) in 2013 Suzuki stop selling in USA, but in the rest of the world they still selling up to now as a Grand Vitara, competición of Toyota
The one from the video basically just has the standard four-wheel drive suspension. If it was a ZR2 it would have had a small lift as well as different shocks. Better tires As well as good plates and a few other little things
5:41 Blame the 4-speed transmission. Same happens to me with my first gen Mazda 3, it's got a 4-speed and I wish it was a 6-speed like newer generations to extract more power from the engine at lower reps.
That is very true more gear will always help keep the car in its power band. Making the vehicle faster/more efficient. I do really like the older Mazda 3 there good lil vehicles.
I'm Sorry that you are having problems. i will do some looking into it but if the car isn't making any wired sounds or surging before it dies is a little strange. I would say you need to get a OBII reder and when the light pops up get that code.
@@MotorMikeMedia hey brother I just want to thank you for reaching back out to me that means a lot to me it really does actually my dad is using it right now and the service engine light is still on... But it is running still thank the Lord... I just want to be able to know what exactly is wrong with it that way I could be able to at least fix it we have put a lot of money back into it already but I will be willing to put more into it just to keep it running throughout the winter time has obtaining and in purchasing a new vehicle for myself seems very daunting to say the least at this very moment... Yes please try to look into it for me and let me know what exactly he needs to be done and I will follow through with.. Should I get it looked at by somebody to see what codes become present? God bless and have a wonderful day man I appreciate you!
@jamesbeauchamps9835 No problem any time I will see if I can find out anything more on the problem you are having. Right now, it is still too early with crazy prices, so you're doing the right thing, but keeping it running and putting work into it.
Yes it is! If the vehicle is in good shape and has no to very little rust I think 3,000 is a good deal as long as everything's functional and works properly and is in good shape That's a good deal my friend!!! Just go through all the electronics the windows the radio, temperature controls check the four-wheel drive making sure it engages their fun little vehicles or just a good daily 4x4 SUV.
I had a weekend test drive on the 2003 Black with the silver panels. I loved it but my late husband said I would have to ditch my bought new1991 S-10 2 door outside spare 4x4 Blazer... I couldn't do it. Now the Blazer sits in the garage. Then in 2004ish? the dealer had the same except in Silver 2004 for $14,000! Like $6000 off the sticker price..... argh I really enjoyed it now I found a RWD in Mesa AZ for $7000..... still thinking about it but I would have to give up the 2007 Yellow New Beetle or the 2011 Black Element. I love them both..... ack! What's body on frame?
I really like the S-10 blazer there good vehicles that are very stylish in my opinion. The element is a sweet car too I would keep that. Body on frame mean there's a ladder platform also known as a frame the backbone or skeleton of a vehicle. And the body is mounted to that frame so they're two separate components. A lot of modern vehicles are now unibody we're just one big molded steel piece instead of two separate pieces. Mostly trucks and large SUVs are body and frame and mid-size the smaller vehicles are unibody for the most part.
