Today I present to you a full in depth review on this 2002 Ford Taurus LX, I take viewers on a close look through the interior and exterior of the car while showing details, over viewing of features, and noting unique styling cues to the vehicle itself. I also show the engine and the details of it, start it up and see how it rev's under acceleration. A thorough tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.

My great grandmother has a 2000 mercury sable which is basically just a more luxurious version of the Ford Taurus.It is a great car.Starts every time.

If you compare it to my grandmas car it is super good because my grandmas car is all smashed up and covered in duct tape and some doors cant be opened

The exterior color is more of a teal color. My grandmother used to have a 2001 Taurus when it was brand new and it was the same color. She sold it back in 2018 because she can't really drive anymore.

Mark from [fordmustang98guy] Yeah. I don’t remember what trim it was or how many miles it had on it. It was a really good reliable car. My grandfather kept in contact with the new owner since then and from what I heard, he sold it to an employee of his a year later and recently it’s been totaled.

Mark from [fordmustang98guy] Yep. Not that he bought it just to smash it. All I know is that it was in an accident and the insurance deemed it totaled. I have not seen the car since it was sold.

There's a trunk release button to the left of the steering wheel above the hood latch. Also the key fob opens the trunk as well.

I have the 2002 Ford Taurus SE. It has the aluminum wheels. Gold in color. Unfortunately these cars were cheaply made for I had to have so much done fixed or replaced due to whoever owning it never had it serviced or taken care of. Had 98,500 miles on it when bought. I got it running and in good working order, although mine still throws codes, 3 to be exact involving "running too lean" P0174, P0171, and P0191 if I remember right. But that is manageable considering I poured allot of money into it which I have regrets but sometimes you get so far into a cars restoration there is no point of return. Might as well put all that money to use. Funny thing is those codes I mentioned, no shop can seem to find issue. That's what puzzles me. Runs as good as can be expected for a 20+ year old car. I'd rather have a Chevy Impala myself, Ford tends to make crap and I have had few of them. This is a rather nicely kept model you shared with us.
