2002 Honda CR-V moderate overlap test 

100% I just purchased an '05 EX with 5sp manual, in "Silver Moss Metallic," with 271k miles on the clock. If you didn't know the mileage, you'd think it was 2yrs old. I've had it 2 months, and absolutely love the silly thing.

I have an '04 and it did, you can check if a car needs a recall done on NHTSA's website

Same, have a 02, got a letter in the mail to replace the airbag.

@Juan Suarez Fun fact: The IIHS did perform small overlap tests as early as 2010 but they didn't become official until 2012

@@titan9259 Also they performed it with honda vehicles. The 2012 Oddysey most likely got a poor rating while the 2008 - 2010 Accord got an Acceptable. That's why those vehicles got Good ratings when the test was officially released.

These cars were specifically bought/sent out for safety testing, likely defective units with manufacturing issues or cars specifically intended to be used as such. Yes, the car is totaled which does kinda hurt to look at, but these tests are an *extremely* important thing to take note of when doing research before buying a car. Car accidents can be fatal and one of the biggest priorities for these manufacturers is to make sure the car does not literally kill you even at a low-speed crash. High speed crashes are a totally different ball game, usually these are done at an average 40mph which is still quite scary.

there is no USA version. they were ALL made in JPN or UK. USA got versions built in JPN, asia got JPN built also, Europe got UK built models.
