@freddyvina7849 that microswitch needs to be bypassed to simulate that shelf being in the lowered position. If you have disconnected it that will prevent the top from opening. Jump the two pins in the connector and make sure the shelf is lowered.

It's my understanding if you use an OEM part that the wires have to be switched. I had to in my case. Also pay attention to the hydraulic hose routings. The lines and ports are numbered so watch for that. According to the bulletin it depends on the build date. Hope this helps.

As you can see in the video the bulletin instruction is unclear. Fortunately you can access the connector to the motor in the left B pillar and switch the wires there. As I said depends in your build date. Confirm the hydraulic lines though. Good luck.

No if you watched the first video the motor/pump assembly was submerged in 6 inches if water due to plugged drains. This is a very common problem. The micro switch failed afterwards.
