Wow Puerto Rico is gorgeous. I think it's her face to lip ratio. She has a mouth that is a goof size to her face. It's not a fake plumped up lip, you can see it is natural because it doesn't have that balloony fullness, just the size of her mouth compliments her face and makes her look sexy and very womanly.

Arguably one of the strongest Top 5 in Miss Universe history but their strong answers to otherwise weak questions in the Q&A round didn't do justice. The swimsuit round, I think, cost U.S.A. the crown that year, and even if Shandi got back strongly during the Q&A rounds, the momentum already swayed towards Australia during the final. Still, she is, to me, tied with Olivia Jordan in 2015 as the only worthy Caucasian candidates to have represented U.S.A. at Miss Universe this century. Trinidad and Tobago was the darkhorse that year and had she altered her pasarella and catwalk during the final, as well as had better composure during the Q&A round, she could have broken the Australia-U.S.A. showdown that year and have actually won. Puerto Rico was so-so although she might have chosen a better evening gown. I still sort of wish Paraguay would send strong future candidates again at Miss Universe like how they did in 2004 and 2006.
