2004 Subaru Outback Timing Belt Replacement 

Time to replace the timing belt and all idler pulleys on our 2004 Subaru Outback. The old belt was 13 years old and had 133,000 miles on it. Surprisingly, it was in perfect shape. No cracking or dry rot. I could even read the labels on it, including the timing marks. This job was very easy to accomplish in the driveway. All replacement parts are OEM Subaru.
