Quick Repair on my own truck this time. With manual hubs, the cv doesn't spin at highway speeds so I didn't it was cut as grease doesn't really leak out. Summer time, it probably wouldn't be an issue. Winter time with water and snow, there is a chance to get water in and rust out my joints. Don't ask me how I know LOL
