Here is a tutorial for replacing a leaking oil pan gasket on a 2005-2010 Hyundai Sonata (2.4L motor).
Outside of a socket set and torque wrench, you will need a 12 point 12mm socket (extended or standard length is fine). Here are some Amazon affiliate links to suitable ones. I don't quite remember but I believe 1/2 inch drive may be too large to fit, so a 1/4 or 3/8 drive is your best bet.

Here is an affiliate link to the Fel-pro gasket that I originally planned on using. If you go this route, be aware that you may run into issues with the A/C condenser bracket bolts not lining up correctly, use this at your own risk.

I went the RTV route as it was cheaper and no need to worry about those bolts. Here is an affiliate to the black oil-resistant RTV that I used.

Here are some affiliate links to the style of pry-bar that I needed in order to break the oil pan free.

If you want to replace the oil pan or damage the old one during the removal process, the one I had picked up from Autozone did not fit; for some reason it was hitting the oil pick up tube. For the most part, the replacement pan appeared almost identical but there were some slight variations. If you can save your old pan, I would recommend going that route. If you do re-use the old pan, make sure you clean all of the old oil off of it (especially the mating surfaces) and then clean it again. Use any sort of degreaser to clean everything and use a scraper or razor blade to carefully remove all of the old gasket. Then I used alcohol for the final wipe-down on the mating surface. The bottom of the engine block can be cleaned with some rags and brake parts cleaner.
The torque specs are as follows:
10mm bolts - 7.2 to 8.7 ft/lbs
12mm bolts - 19.5 to 22.4 ft/lbs
A/C condenser bracket bolts (the two sideways bolts) - 14.7 to 24.3 ft/lbs
When torquing down the oil pan bolts, make sure you start in the middle, and work your way out, alternating sides in a sort of "X" or criss-cross pattern.
