If your 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, or 2011 Ford Focus has a vibration at idle or under acceleration, I can almost guarantee that your passenger side motor mount needs to be replaced. It's an easy procedure, but make sure to watch this video in its entirety before attempting.
Parts are available on AutoZone, Amazon, and eBay.

Thanks, Phillip! I just bought a 2007 Ford Focus SE Wagon and I just got the motor mounts replaced about a week ago but I'm still experiencing some vibration while idle... any ideas?

Idle in gear (D, R, L) or in neutral or park?

In gear, usually in drive, waiting at a stoplight/stop sign etc.

Had the same issue! Check the rear mount. Turns out that the larger circle is supposed to attach to the subframe, and the smaller one attaches to the engine! I'll probably reupload this video

Okay, good so I'm not crazy! I'll check the back motor mount and see what if that's what it is. Thank you and I'll keep an eye out for the re-upload.

Also, this is an old economy car... You'll still feel a little bit of vibration no matter what!!
