Hey good video. The only piece of advice I’ll give you is to always remove the Negative terminal off the battery to avoid any accidental shorts.

After replacing the alternator is there a way to check battery to see if it was damaged after alternator goes out? For example my alternator ran dry while driving and I ran only on battery for a mile or so w.hat is the signs to know i need to replace battery as well after alternator goes out.

Running the battery down to nothing won’t hurt the battery much at all, I would charge it up and use a battery tester, if you don’t feel like purchasing one a lot of auto part stores will test it for free

@@EuropeanAutoRepair hey this is the 3.0 diesel engine mate I’m in the uk 🇬🇧 if so great, because I’m buying one cheap for £600 pounds needs new alternator
