2005 Chrysler T&C Front Struts Replacement 

Installation of Front Struts on a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country - Touring. Also Installed new new Sway Bar Links. Same/Similar 2003-2006 T&C and Grand Caravan.
Per Haynes Manual:
1. Strut to Steering Knuckle nuts torque: 60ft.lbs plus an additional 90 degrees. (This is about 115ft-lbs+)
2. Sway Bar (Stabilizer Bar) nuts torque: 65ft-lbs
3. Upper Strut mounting nuts torque: 21ft-lbs, but unless you pull the cowl wrench tight to 21ft.lbs.
The Strut to Steering Knuckle nuts are 21mm, but 7/8" is pretty close.
