Yesterday I had a 2019 Freightliner rescue with the same AC issue. Today I removed evaporator temp sensor from the case and the compressor stopped cycling. Installed new AC control head from the dealer and the AC is functioning properly. Thanks for making the video. I learned something and saved time and money.

Hey Brian, I have a 2006 M2 and the compressor clutch isn't engaging. I tried to do a recharge but it didn't seem to help. While I was recharging it the clutch would kick in every once in a while for a few seconds but stopped after a few mins once I was done. I was watching the gauge on the refill and when the compressor was engaged it was reading no pressure, but once the clutch released the pressure would start to spike. I also noticed that the dryer started leaking from the schrader valve after recharging. I then jumped the plug at the high pressure switch and it engaged the clutch on the compressor. No cold air but it did turn on. At that point it started leaking from the schrader valve again. Any ideas?
