I think most great athletes get tunnel vision, it's great for your goal but hard on the people close to you, I've been super lucky I have a wife and kids that understand and are very supportive and one of my boys train with me
@@uncookedbaconbits Big Z was defeated by Mariusz several times, I think that’s the reason he became a beast, because fight against Mariusz , however Mariusz became the dominator because nobody at that moment did what he did and how he dominated the events, he changed the sport forever, and still nobody has 5 titles.
Mariusz only won it five times because of the IFSA split at that time. He was very beatable also, previous year before the split he came third. Also Big Z has won world's four times so only one behind but has won the Arnold's 8 times, a contest well known to be more pure strength.
Mariusz: "It was easy, but I eat bad last night and took a coca cola, and only slept 2 hours, that's the reason I was slower at this event." Only Mariusz can do that and still be the best. GOAT
I gotta ask tho, why do all these competitions happen in africa, china, places far away from Europe or NA, when 90% of all competitors are from EU, UK and NA ?
Jesse Marunde easily would have been a future WSM Champion. He was pushing Pudz and decimating the others at only 26 years old. He died two years after this event. The guy didn't even get the chance to reach his prime.
@Nuke Is-Rah-Hell This. It's not just steroid which people just always assume, some people just don't know when to hold back and rest, listen to their body just train train train, not all bodies can handle this and each person has their own threshold.
