Hey mane this was one the best if not the best tutorials I’ve ever seen. Short, straight, and to the point. I’m interning in a city far from home right now and coming back home from work my alternator died coming off the highway. Car kept stalling after jump, I went straight to AutoZone and got a new one, you’re video os the first I saw and at 10pm I used it to change my alternator on the side of the road in Detroit. I had work the next day at 7am lol.

I think this was the best instructional video for mechanical work I’ve ever seen. No fluff and detailed. Very thoughtful, thanks man.

hello again sir. I accidentaly dropped the bottom alternator bolt while trying to put it in. The top one feels very secure and I dont think the alternator is going anywhere with the one bolt securing it. Is it safe to drive wihtout the bottom bolt? Do you know where I could find a replacement bolt? Thanks again for the amazing videos. Youve saved my familly tons of money on our 2015 civic

Please help! Hello! I have an issue with my Honda EX 2012, my car after runing for 15 minutes or longer l park, and when l want to start it again, it dosen't start, l have to jump the battery and it starts again, in a Autozone told that was the alternator, and l replace it once and the car continues with the same problem, after that they change it for the second time but the brand was the same CARQUEST. I thought it a issue for the brand of the alternator.... After that the car continues with the same problem, the battery is charging correctly..that is what they say, so l decided to take the car the HONDA DEALER they review the car and told me everything looks good under control, l told them about the problem and ask then to change the ALTERNATOR for the 3rd time, a new one apparently from the Honda Store original, and the car continues with the same problem😬😬😬😬what can be happening???

how did you remove your belt?

You never show haw you remove belt.

It’s a very annoying job especially with the pulley and having to remove the belt so you don’t get your fingers smashed. Plus little to no wiggle room down there it’s honestly some bullshit engineering.
