@@TexasHondaChannel your Golden then👌i only said that bc a lot of aftermarket catalytic converters or high flow catalytic converters would cause a light. But u don't have that issue👍thought u said u was only using it for testing purposes

the precats are where the o2s are located. third cat doesnt cause a DTC

3rd cat does throw a code . Only the primary cats will throw codes

I have a 04 Pilot and I can answer that. No the pilot’s j pipe where it connects to the manifold is actually way longer. Obx racing sports does make a header and j pipe setup for the 04 Pilot though. I bought one a couple weeks ago but haven’t gotten it put on yet. Possibly this weekend when we do my coil overs.

The TLs stock air box is way better than any short Ram you get. Cold air would get you like 3 hp tops. Unless you want sound it’s a waste of money. Short Ram will lose you horsepower

@@TexasHondaChannel Yup, heat soak is insane with J series engines. You’ll notice the car feeling super sluggish after sitting for like 5 minutes. I know because I was dumb enough to put a short Ram in that hot ass engine bay 💀

Depends on the method of testing. If it’s a ob2 test you’ll be fine since the cat doesn’t have a sensor. If they do a visual you might be ok as well unless they know this car is supposed to have a 3rd cat

Maybe u need some bestline. Lol. But i recharged my weak battery so alternator doesn't struggle supposedly like a clogged air filter for 3 seconds with a jump pack mine is 1000 amp max rated. But I leave it at half capacity since i don't charge my box & jump my car battery 3 seconds turn off for 5 and then jump for 3 a second time. Every 4 weeks if it sounds weak? Or hasn't been driven Ive jumpa car before by keeping jumpbox on and then turned off as soon as i got out car (5 seconds later) but with cables still on the battery for 5 seconds and it recharged the jumpbox for the better in my experience? I have left the jumpbox for 1.5 hours at the ac outlet to charge and it never charged to 3 lights full again until i left it on the car My guess is it did something similar to how people revive a dead battery on youtube

I'll never charge that jump pack until it goes down to 1light then ill charge for 10 to 20 or 30 minutes tops I'd also check where i get gas from , top off my oil maybe with lucas stabilizer just a drop to mix , and maybe lighten the car even with lighter wheels and tire type

It stops great 👍🏻 i was gonna do the brembo swap but the drilled and slotted worked great and way cheaper than the brembo setup. If it stops fine I’m happy and it does. Maybe someday

It depends on the state. It wouldn't in California without the 3rd cat. At least for my 2010 SH-AWD, I have a J-pipe that leaves room for the 3rd cat so I can pass emissions.
