ALL 2006 ARE MECHANICALLY LBZ.. 8th vin digit 2 or D.. doesnt matter. Try and order lly parts for a vin 2 2006, and get back to me with how they fit lol. They may have the rpo code lly, but theres nothing lly about it, GM just kept LLY rpo code going in early 2006 because the lbz tune hadnt passed epa emissions testing yet. Its detuned to lly power levels, but its not even an lly tune.. compression ratio is different than a true lly, turbo is different, injectors pistons rods etc...
