If every decade has a golden peak, 2006 was definitely the peak for the 2000's- Kobe, LeBron, Wade, Iverson, Shaq, Duncan, Dirk, KG, TMac, Nash, Vince, Pierce, Arenas, Ray, the 4 Pistons etc
Love seeing Shaq and Kobe messing around during the mic'd up part. Shows that they didn't exactly hate each other that much and chose to have fun during a fun event rather make it personal and ignore each other or worse.
@@ftghb obviously you never saw Michael Jordan play. How would you know? You think he became the best basketball player in the world without any dribble moves? Just shut the hell up and sit down
yeah but , i have watched the whole game and everybody wants to t,mac wins, because he was very upset because of his personal life, east and west almost all players and houston of course, but lebron and his selfish play didnt allow
THIRST N I watched the whole game too but I never looked @ it like that, I was just trying to enjoy it lol but I was going for the West cause I'm from Cali..
When defense is a thing in the All Star game. Yes, it resulted in a low score game. Personally I'll rather see the one like 2007 (153-132) or 2004 Rising Stars. Not too high (2024 - srsly, 211??) and not too low (2006, 2001).
"i feel like their assistant coaches are out-coaching us." - tim duncan. avery bradley would get fired a season later after losing to an 8th seed in the first round lol
You can tell that since LeBrick selected in the all star game, the all star game became boring and lazy year by year. Without Kobe, Carter, KG, Duncan, Shaq and Dirk these legends, the all star game in LeBrick era is suck.
STFU! The tradition was play light the first 2 quarters then go hard the last quarters. If players are not playing hard it's because they don't want to get hurt and reserve themselves for the playoffs. You LeBron haters love looking for any excuse to bash him. Got cry to your mom 👩, loser.
Exactly... I went to bed on the all star game. Also the guys don't try to do anything entertaining like flashy streetball moves. There was no effort in the game Sunday night and I can't stand those super tight uniforms. The 50s til 80s NBA uniforms seemed more loose and comfortable than that. It feels like a furnace in my body just looking at those padded tights these guys wear now.
