It sounds like Clutch is still slightly engaged. Not completely letting the gears un sync, .(reason he can't find 1st easily) You can see when he puts it in 1st the chain jumps too much . And he stalls. Could be a worn out component of the clutch's hydraulics. Clapped out piston or even old hose will give you these issues. You should feel a" lump"in the lever if the clutch is completely disengaged. motor do sound good tho
