I upgraded my 2016 GMC sierra to a 2019 chevy z71 20" wheel with 33x12.5s. Trim the rear of the front inner fender and you wont have any issues with rubbing. Also installed the Rough Country upper control arm, KYB strut assy and the Dirt King alignment cam kit. My shit is ROCK solid and ALL of the work was done with a 2 ton floor jack and hand tools. Don't sweat it.

In case anybody watching is wondering if you should follow this install video, don’t. Use a torque wrench for god sakes especially when dealing with suspension! Every bolt has a specific torque it needs to be tightened to, if you don’t have one you can rent one for free from most part stores. Not doing this can cause warping prices, stressed bolts/nuts that run the risk of snapping shearing or stripping and honestly just find a different install video

@@genemounce8302 are u asking if 3 inch in the front and then remove the factory block in the rear will make the front higher? Or leaving the factory block in the rear? Either way I just did the 3front 2 rear kit on my truck. I did the front one day then took it for alignment the next day and then did my rear and yes just doing the front spacer will make it higher in the front then in the rear(squatted Slightly) but there are ppl that will remove the rear factory block and just allow the spring to sit on the rear end to lower the rear about 1 inch if u are asking about that then it will be way lower in the rear then the front.

Use a jack stand about 3 inches lower than your jack and place a block like a 6x6 under your rotor, then lose your jack slowly so the frame rest on the jack stand, the weight of the frame and the block from the rotor will push your lower control arm up

@fbody23100
@fbody23100 3 года назад
It's not the smoothest ride but it's not horrible either. If ur the type to hit every pothole in the road don't do this to ur truck. This does make the uca max out close to the droop stop and excessive hitting will cause the balljoint to snap or cause the camber to constantly be thrown off.

Why would you want 1" rear leveling blocks when the truck already has 1" blocks from factory! you want a 2" lift in the rear so that will give you the extra 1" lift, you probably know that but dont sell your kit as a 3" front & 1" rear level because thats misleading!
