Sweet ride man. Hadn’t considered an Edge until one was offered to me cheap recently. ($1,500) I’m now finding myself liking it more than I did my 09 Escape. Doing minor mods soon to make it my own. And pulling the drivetrain in the fall to do a freshen up.

Michael Gulley Yes, most of the modifications are direct replacements. The only items that required expertise is the exhaust system, lowering springs, and the brakes. I had to change the brake lines and put in 1/4in. wheel spacers for the rims to clear the calipers. The Sprint Booster, I think, is a great investment. I have noticed and increase in throttle response. It's easy to install as well. The only issue that I had when installing mods was the strut brace and that was because I couldn't get the cowl off. I didn’t see much of an increase in power. But I also had it tuned when I installed the CAI. It was a pretty straight forward install…just be careful when bolting on the heat plate because you’ll have to run the wiring harness in the indented slot. Easy to pinch those wires if you’re not careful.
I got it off of eBay from Carfield Enterprise. I don’t believe they sell the Gen 1 model anymore though. I saw that they had a Gen 2 model but not 100% certain if it’s compatible.
colby It all depends on the situation. Trying to get on a freeway on-ramp as quickly as possible, then yes. Trying to beat someone at a drag strip, then no. I know they’ve upgraded their models, and I’m not sure what they go for now. I didn’t mind the price at the time. I still have the Edge as a daily and have the booster set on sport mode.

I just got mine like 5 months ago and she's been good to me so far I bought her with 72k miles for 9k honestly allot of car for the money very slept on , my girl chose it lol even though we could've got a car 🙄 but I appreciate it cause it's a nice truck and we have wheels 🤣 but I'm touching it up now black rims , tinted windows is next and I already got my pioneer single din in and 2 12's definitely turning heads 😏 lol I've raced my friend 10' Impala ltz 3.9 v6 without a limiter in smoked him I've raced his 11' srx Cadillac with the 3.0 v6 in completely destroyed that car and the Cadillac dts with the North Star on premium beat it to like 70 then the caddy walk away slowly nothing a tune can't fix though lol it's funny how this v6 get down man I would love to supercharge it but I've haven't seen nobody do it to the 3.5 at all
Laquan c Absolutely. I bought the Edge brand new in 07. So far I’ve put 120K miles. She’s my daily driver and use it to tow my other car to local racetracks.
Dude car handles better without sway bar it's a unibody with electric suspension.... When you hear your doors cracle with body then your pushing the limits... Faster you go the lower and stiffer the suspension gets I've outran tubo Subaru just by chocking the turbo out to much dust break gas method
