The valve cover was covered in oil. It was decided to replace the gasket and plugs due to mileage. Upon removing the coils, each cavity was full of oil. I used the vacuum pump to remove as much as I could, then blew out the rest with shop air. All surfaces cleaned and new gasket with sealant on the matting surface was installed and torqued using the factory sequence. I used a Fel-pro gasket set.
