@@kingfish3785 great question! i got a 2014 cayman base 3 months ago. Traded in my 2021 Model 3 and i can confidently say. I will be keeping this cayman for a very very long time. Spending hours and hours watching driving pov videos and listening/reading reviews dont do it justice. Incredible driving experience and now i find myself itching to get off of work so i can spend the evenings cruising around town.

@@kingfish3785 I havent personally driven a C8 but I can confidently say that I would imagine it to be nearly impossible to drive and own a Porsche without finding joy and excitement every single drive you take.
@@shaboiisaiah Hey there, I am personally stuck. Can’t decide between the 2014 Cayman or Panamera. Is the cayman good for daily use or not? My heart goes to the cayman, brain says panamera
for me it wasn't. I'm watching cayman and boxster videos while waiting for engine rebuild to be finished. Bore scoring on 3.2L 2005 Boxster S with less than 90k miles on it.
@@P4nda420 that and the base models are bullet proof. Also do not warm up the engine, start and drive, regardless of outside temp. Straight from the owners manual: start, drive, keep under 4200rpm until water temp is at least 175
@@willsull22 well that's pretty much what I do with my 3.2L and after the rebuilding it works like a charm. The problem is that apparently the previous owner was most likely using it differently.
