Thanks Ride Review of the 2007 Triumph Speed Triple
this is part of a Three Bike, review, I compare the 2007 Speed Triple, to the 2012 Speed Triple and the 2013 Speed Triple R. the results are a bit surprising and during the review a bit mixed do to some poorly set up suspension on two of the bikes, we have that all sorted by the end and what you will see is the end result of each bike, I was back at the some twice to re tune suspension to create a fair comparison.

I've been told I'm a bit chatty on the videos! when I did the Video on this bike, it took a few takes, I had lots of sound issues and a few camera issues, I may have gotten a bit board of my own voice on this one! LOL

I also have an 07 ST and the only thing I've done is up-grade to Ohlins rear shock and Race Tech front springs. The bike needs nothing else. It is awesome.

@@TRCAdventures Ah, a tiger. One of the best for Long rides, so comfy 👍🏻 I have two bikes at the moment. The Speedy 955 for normal roads and having fun and a Kawasaki Ninja ZX9r for our German Autobahn 😅

Is this too much bike for a beginner?? And what's the average prices for 05 to 08' speed triples? I love the way this bike looks.

Hi Brian, yes a 1000cc sport bike is too much bike for a beginner, with that said, this is my wife’s favorite bike to ride, looks ridding position, friendly power delivery and she can touch the ground, she only has about 5,000 miles riding experience and I would consider her a novice rider. It would be her bike of choice at her level. I hope that helps? Prices depend on geographical areas as they seem to differ greatly based on that and condition

I’v ridden a few bikes in my 36 years on this rock. I just picked this exact bike up as my first bike. I feel like it is a perfect match for me. It’s a ton of bike but very nimble and responsive. It does exactly what I tell it to. So ride responsibility and within your own comfort zone and it’s a perfect bike for an intermediate beginner. I’ve owned it for a week and haven’t stoped smiling since the test ride. Respect the POWER!
