Worked on a 2004 with pushing the unlock button on the door not necessarily just the one on the key fob

My 3rd row seat is stuck in the upright position. It just beeps when I try to push the buttons. Any help?

Thanks for taking the time to make your video. I am unable to get the third row seat to work. Could it be the fuse? If so where is the fuses located? Also the back seats are stuck cannot move neither side😢
