@@SuperDanger63 thanks for the prompt response, it's my first German car at 90k miles and I'm feeling the wrath of the electrical gremlins. Tried both keys, they both turned over the car, no start. Replaced Cam position, and crank position sensors. Still no spark. Checked reluctor ring for bent pins, all good. Going to chase down wires/fuses with a meter into the junction box and pray it's not water damaged.
If you want to attempt to fix it yourself first thing you got to do is scan the car! Harbor freight sell some inexpensive scan tools to pull codes and whatever or order a Bluetooth scanner or whatever off of Amazon but that's where you need to start can't fix a car without having something to go by if it's got cam crank or relation codes which minis are highly known for I don't know what's in this thing N 16 or 18 engine so if it was low on oil the cam tensioner can retract and timing jumps. You'll never get it to start! Plus depending on if it's an s or whatever you might have bent valves?
