WOW! Great video. I have to do this job on my versa, I was scared to death, now I feel much better. I had to replace the steering wheel, so I know everything from there. The clock spring I got on eBay looks a little different so I hope there won’t be any problems.
was there any need to like “keep things lined up” or putting the clock spring in the same direction as the old one was taken out? also were you able to clear out all the lights that turned on after this install? i did one for a yaris and i guess my clock spring was out of sync and the car would turn off when i turned, it was awful 🥲
@@ritchiemeza yes you need to keep things lined up. My lights did not turn off but everything did work. I think it’s a combination of cheap parts and the age of the car.
Hey where did you source the part from? Did you find a good deal? Trying to find one for my 2008 Quest that will ship to Canada which darn near impossible because who actually owns a Quest in 2024 🤷♀️. Apparently they use the same part as yours 25567-ET025.
