It's easy. All you have to do is not live in the US. Then you can get impreza sport package with the wrx ground effects and wrb.

This exhaust is loudish but not overbearing

It is much louder than stock, but not extremely loud. I haven’t had any complaints but people can forsure hear you from blocks away
