Really nice color scheme. Owned a K4 when I was younger. Just bought a K7 two months ago and will always be my favorite bike. I don’t care what the clowns on social media who let others tell them how to think have to say about these amazing Gixxers.
I have had this bike since 2008 got it new, still have it till this day I’ll never get rid of it. I haven’t ridden it in 4 years now I am going to. And plan to get a new bmwsrr 1000c as a second bike
@@muhammadfahmi540 none so far but granted my bike only has 10k miles super low. Only reason why so low is because I have multiple bikes but now just this one. I did own a 2006 gsxr 750 that bike gave me problems but not my 2008 it’s solid. I’m going to buy a 2017-2025 gsxr 1000 im honestly tired of no technology on my bike but I’m still keeping my 600 forever.
For some mods, whatever you done to your bikes, I pretty much done so much to my bike, but I don’t know what’s left to do honestly but maybe you can give me some ideas. I think I still have to take the limit chip out. I think that’s the last thing I haven’t done yet, I don’t think mine has it honestly, it’s been so long. I haven’t ridden my bike in four years so I can’t really remember.
Personally I'm not too big into heavy mods but that's mostly because I'm a dealer and generally speaking mods don't increase value. For a personal bike, a fender eliminator, nice exhaust, and flush mount blinkers is plenty for me 😄
@@isaiahsimoneau ahh I see your approach is different from mine. I bought mine in 2008 new and still have it. It just sits only has 7k miles on it. I plan to buy a second bike possibly an R1 or bmws1000rr 2024/25 i definitely keep my bikes well I have an attachment to my gsxr been through a lot with that bike. Are you selling this. Bike ?
@isaiahsimoneau is this bike often broken, and what are common problems that this bike has .. for example, kawasaki ninja are famous for ticking sounds that are from tensioner
I see. Yes, the technology on these bikes has changed very little. The in-line 4cyls are still plenty reliable, and there are no common issues that I am aware of. The biggest difference between these and the newer line of SS bikes will be the digital screen, and stuff such as ABS and traction control.
