Project ATV: 2010 Sportsman 550 EFI EPS.
Dash EPS indicator illuminated and the EPS not working. Really comes down the 30amp fuse and the EPS relay. In this video, the connection for the relay was super corroded. It cleaned up well and a new relay fixed the issue.

Thing to keep in mind is the amount of current drawn by the EPS you better have a healthy battery and a good charging system output.

I have having same issue on my 2015 Polaris scrambler! Dealer is saying after flashing ECU the light stayed on and need a new EPS unit which I think is crap. I replaced the 30A Fuse, and mine has a EPS relay in fuse box but manual says its not in fuse box. Where is the location??

Mine was under the plastics on the left side of the headlight pod as you're sitting on the unit. Even removing the plastics, I still had to use long pliers to remove the relay. It's in a terrible location. My relay connections were clean and dry and the relay works, but I still have no EPS.

I wish I could get my EPS working. Fuse and relay are fine and there is power at the EPS unit, but it won't work. I've checked everything according to the service manual and everything checks, but nothing. If anyone has any advice, I'd appreciate it.
