Before the Castillo drop, forgot how much of a back n forth game this was with all the HRs hit. Also thanks again for including both Michael Kay and Gary Cohen calls!

I love Keith's reaction: "One hand...that'll kill ya!"

So I have a very unique experience with this game: I was in college in Orlando at the time and couldn't watch the game as it was not televised. I, instead, was forced to watch via gamecast which as you know, back then was a bird's eye-esque view of the field that showed not only the pitch being thrown but also the flight of the ball if it's put it play. A red "X" would often form as the ball landed if it were caught. In addition to that, the gamecast would read "inning over" or ""game ended" before the virtual ball "landed". Thus... when Alex was up with those runners on and I was glued to my computer screen like something out a Kubrick film watching dots representing my yankees, he popped up to 2nd base... and I could see the ball go up and the page immediately read "game ended". You see where this is going. I had a similar reaction to Alex I slammed my hand down on my couch waking up my roommate, and I watched as the ball landed fully expecting the "X".. instead, of course, getting a glorious green dot indicating the ball landing on the field, uncaught, followed by getting an update reading something to the effect of "E-5, Jeter and Teixeira scored, Yankees win 9-8". I went out of my damned mind at the sight, waking up my other roommate.. both came out yelling at me... one for being too loud due of the yankees losing, and one for celebrating too loudly due to winning. Turned on the tv and saw the replay over and over on espn and realized exactly what happened. They both equally were in such awe, they forgave and went back to bed. Just another amazing night in that pretty-much-perfect Spring to Autumn of 2009, and a very unique technological quirk VERY representative of the times, responsible for making an awesome memory even more so. I think it was James Earl Jones in "Field of Dreams" who said "baseball has marked the times". How true, and I wasn't even the least bit upset about not getting to see it live. The experience was that unique.

I don't know why people say the new stadium wasn't loud in 2009. It seemed loud to me. It was quiet from 2010-2016. But 2017- present it has been louder than ever

Do you have the SNY broadcast of the full game? We can get the YES broadcast just fine as it’s readily available here on YT, but the full SNY broadcast, besides the clips you have here and what’s on MLB for the ending, is extinct.
