so the orc thought he would be slick and use cause his blade master's windwalk to expire while standing on top of his orc to cause the BM to squeeze between moonwells. this allowed the BM to get into the base, however there was no way OUT of the base. he was probably used to playing against noobs that would allow his BM to kill mass wisps, however Moon simply pulled his wisps out and took advantage of the BM's predicament to destroy the orc player's base and units.
@elfanel Dh tpd outside and got healed in 1-2 secs, bm could have not killed him. BM attacks moon's tree cos sokol wants bm killed, its the only way out. Sokol made a neat trick, but unfortunately in poor circumstances and when his opponent was Moon. Dunno if u are just a troll, but i thought id reply anyway.
I like accents but an announcer should be articulate. This guy is the worst choice for an announcer. Unfortunately watching this tournament thanks to this mumbling guy is beyond annoying. I just watched the Starcraft tournament which was a pleasure, this is torture!
the blademaster can't get in since the moon well blocked him, so he sneaked a grunt between the gap of the moon wells, windwalked in the grunt with 0 collision and attacked the moon well (cancels windwalk and removes the 0 collision effect) that caused a glitch to move the blademaster into moon's base
german noob yeah^^ just one of the best german orcplayer who planed something and what just failed. never happened to you something like this? if mistakes happen its ok..but if its vs moon the game may be over...so it was like selfown... p.s. i would bet for each price u would lose vs sokol ;)
@hemptime123 Probably cos people linked this video to friends to show them that shenanigans with the Blademaster at the beginning, that was pretty funny. I know I would if I had any friends who've played WC3 more extensively.
@CommentAccountA the game itself is more entertaining... i have sc2 on my compo.. spend $72 on it and refuse to play it untill its more advanced.. i cant stand getting owned by marines 8 mins in the game..
Sky is the best of WCG of all time imo, he has 2 gold and 1 silver while Grubby only has 2 gold, not to mention that Sky only participated in 4 WCG's so far in comparison with Grubby's 6 times.
actually, BM didn't have any TP because, being such a gosu that he is, SOKOL sold the TP in the beginning in return for circlet.. so basically, BM could NOT do anything at all...
he could use ANY ITEM to get out of the base like he did with grunt... lol. Just windwalk, put an item behind you and you are pushed out... so old trick...
sorry i am a noob in this game. Commentators and People suddenly began cheering at 10:48 when the blademaster did something...can anyone explain to me?
why the fuck do people watch games where one of the guys just gets completely fucking stomped... 120k views on this one and moon grubby has like 4k views
@XenoPredator I am actually korean, I mean the commentors with meaningless rambling about the game when, generally, they dont know whats REALLY going on
@Djain201 Grubby makes me lol when things like that happen, but then again, you can see why my favourite is Moon, that, and he's such an excellent player.
very good question. let me answer. it is one of the highest tricks in warcraft (as far as I'm concerned) Moon blocked off his base with diagonal Moonwells at that point. His base is thus entirely sealed to protect his wisps. he ran the grunt right into this normally unpassable gap and winwalked the BM over the grunt, when the BM then attacks he is no longer in windwalk. his own grunts blocks him/ pushes him over that gap (as two units cannot stand on the same spot).
@LennyWei The night elf team have blocked off the base, but the blademaster can walk through units (not buildings) in it's invisible state. However, when he becomes visible when the wind walk fades, he cannot stand in the same place as the grunt, thus he gets shot through the moon wells and gets inside the base. Although a really cool move by S.o.K.o.L, this move cost him the game (not saying that he wouldn't have lost anyway, because Moon is really good, but outcome COULD have been different)
