Remind deserves it just as much as Grubby. War3 was dying and many players are switching Starcraft 2 and Remind actually continues to pursue his Warcraft 3 career by joining a Chinese pro-team and moved to China, his passion to this game is second to none.
Agh I wanted Grubby to win so much from the the start even after seeing Remind's recent dominations. But just seeing him at the end waving his flag makes me understand just why he was dominating.
@BlackBird941 Yes, the commentaries are out loud, but the booths that the players are in are sound-proofed, and in addition to that they have earphones, so it is impossible for them to hear anything.
@mightyfedepxress the one with the "accent" is rotterdam (spelling?) I think he's a former orc player from the netherlands like grubby. He played WC3 back when 4 Kings was still around. I have no clue who the other person is.
This caster is hilarious. It sounds like he's desperately trying to talk quicker, but can't. lmaooo Having said that I liked his commentary. Sounds like he knows what he's talking about.
That's weird that they were nice to each other. Anytime I play this game, standard manner is to immediately call the opponent "noob, nerd, trash, etc" and to tell them to leave.
lol the commentator was a pro gamer himself and he played grubby alot since both are from netherlands. so he really DOES know the game . its most likely you who doent know anything about this game....
Remind fucks up so much in all 3 games. Panic tps, bad surrounds, slow on cyclone, fails to repair entangled gold mine, losing heroes. Orc fucks ups once and the ne can just walk into his base and end it like he is playing vs some noob and not the wcg final...
I wonder what was going on with the computer at the start, i mean it ruined grubby's momentum from the ending of the epic second game... imo third would have ended differently if the computer didn't screw up.
i guess many ppl dislike remind now. . . me neither. grubby ftw. this series just shows how to win with nelf in ne vs orc games. in all games remind goes for mass talons, so annoying. ONLY HEROES and talons (+1 fairy). how about that. hate him, hate him. . .
There's a reason they made World of WARCRAFT and not World of Starcraft, and no its not because it sounds more catchy. It's because Warcraft is a better fucking series. End of story. And no one needed to use cyclone until the most OP hero in the game was being used by everyone and their mother plus spirit link.
indeed i like hu too, but orcs tend to be easy, not cause they dont require skill, but because you pretty much execute the same tactic vs all races...pretty much every time, bm +sh + grunts+raiders + walkers +rarely some hh only vs ne instead of sh you put tc (but i have seen many pro games with bm sh) you dont change your plan, you dont have "extremely" weak match ups all you need is a great sense of game and intense micro
@HVGhorror At the pro level, that's horrible logic. TC is a much better counter to mass dotts than SH, as is shown here since grubby tried SH again and lost convincingly.
@bhuang19 you just proved my point newbie. Literally everyone knows UD is the weakest race. You apm 30 boon really have no clue. When one hears the pro commentator Rotterdam in game2 at 55 vs 42 food in favour of the orc say Grubby needs a miracle one kind of gets the idea. Remind made quite some errors, Grubby countered the NE army 100%. The game is closely balanced overall, but just not quite. k, your welcome.
