In the UK we use 2 types of flour, Plain Flour or Self Raising Flour, but can also make Soda Bread. Was this Plain Flour? Could put anything in the mini pasties. Want to try this - thanks!

We could add rice flour to make it crunchy or boil I with soup. Using scallion or onion leaves is a good choice too 😊😊
