I appreciate the metric measurements as I am in South Africa. However, I use a simple app to translate imperial measurements to metric when that is how the recipe is written.

Please Please use the US measurements! I don’t know what the equivalent is for the “gm”! And I’m not going to buy a scale just for the purposes of this recipe! Looks delicious but to search for Every Single “gm” equivalent 🤯🥴🙄..that is time consuming All by itself!!! 👀😵💫🫨
Gosh these Americans that think the world revolves around them, there are only 3 countries still using the imperial measurement. USA, Liberia and Myanmar. That’s why!,, Suggest you write the ingredients down and then convert them all in one go on google, easy as that. The world is a HUGE place.
I had the same problem with US recipes. I had to ask how much does a stick of butter weigh. There are many good conversion charts available online. For the purposes of cooking at home, US teaspoons and tablespoons are almost the same as metric except Australia where their tablespoons are 20 milliliters while in Europe its 15 milliliters. There are also good conversion charts for oven temperatures, for example 400°F is 200°C/180°C Fan oven. Hope this helps xxx
